
3-DaY LAX Training CAMP
We help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive and injury resistant;
by providing them with a smart, efficient approach to TRAINING.

This program is designed to not only make you stronger, but overall a better athlete. Athlete's will be put through sport specific strength & conditioning training at RAF Strength & Fitness while also going through lacrosse training at Storm Sports with Coach Tilts. The goal of this camp is to make our athletes move better & faster by developing strength, mobility, balance and motor skill!
